During these sessions we’ll share simple, sustainable tips, tools and conversations that will support you as you figure out what you need to go from ‘just surviving’ to sustainably thriving in all areas of life

Join leadership + wellbeing experts, Ingrid Vaicius + Katie Abbott, along with a community of like-hearted, go-getter women for a 3 part deep dive into understanding, setting + maintaining personal and professional boundaries.
We see this as so much more than a workshop!
Throughout this 3 part series we will share real-life experiences (both successes and challenges) as well practical tips and tools for building an empowered and sustainable relationship with boundaries.
While there will be an outline for each session, we know there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to boundaries. Our intention is to curate this experience to meet the needs, questions and energy of the group.
This is a chance to carve-out the time and space you may rarely give yourself to explore your own personal relationship with boundaries, get clear on your own needs and desires and practice integrating what you’re learning into your day-to-day life.
